The Real X Factor
Discovering and empowering the authentic self.
With Lucinda Drayton from Bliss
When everything in my life that I trusted and supported me fell apart I knew that there was a fundamental flaw in my foundations. I had built up a beautiful life on sand.
As a meditator, and an avid seeker of truth I knew it had all happened for a reason and part of me couldn't wait to do the next level of work on myself. As I was ready, the teacher appeared and I spent the next two years driving many miles to work with an approach that would give me powerful tools to really address the demons that blocked my path.
The Real X factor is a six session course in which I will share with you all of these simple but profound tools which you can use to make real sustainable changes to yourself and your life.
In a small supportive, safe groups we will face, own and surrender all that ails us and return to the natural state of empowerment and authenticity. It will take complete honesty and extreme courage, but the dividends will be enormous. Once the blockages are removed your true value meaning and purpose become clear and to me this is living the real x factor.
