Over many years as a singer/songwriter. I have been constantly comforted and healed by the act and process of creation.
Even in my darkest times I have written songs and stories and I have danced and meditated. this has healed my soul and allowed the unconscious aspects of myself to be seen and heard .When did you stop telling stories, dancing, drawing or writing?
When did you last sit in complete silence listening to the voice of your own heart?
These are not airy-fairy pursuits to me, they are ways for me to stay awake, to stay connected and to stay loving. I believe it is through awareness and taking responsibility, through changing ourselves consciously we will change the world.
If you want change, to stop pointing the finger of blame outwards.If you want to discover your own depths, your own power and hear your own heart-song unaffected by the agendas, advice or directions of others.
If you want to become master of your own destiny, this day will kick start the process. It may not be a short journey but its one well worth taking!

A three hour workshop with Lucinda Drayton, known worldwide for the healing music she created with bliss and as a solo artist. Lucinda also runs groups internationally on themes of self -empowerment and emotional healing. She is also training in integrative counselling and is a practitioner of the principles taught by The Reach Approach.
This workshop will explore the ways in which we can take responsibility for our own inner world. How to generate positive thoughts and feelings, how to embrace our own negativity and bring it to peace. There will be an experiential section with music, use of sound and meditation. There will be discussion and interaction in an informal atmosphere.

Relaxation techniques
Simple tools for dealing with emotions
Suggestions and daily tips to stay spiritually and emotionally balanced
A space to just be who you are and know its good enough
