| raj yoga meditation

This is a simple and beautiful meditation practice taught by the Brahma Kumaris and I have practised it for many years. It brings me peace and stability and always returns me to myself and my connection with the divine.
Basically Raj Yoga means connection with the King. |

For me this means I connect with the eternal part of myself that holds the wisdom and guidance I need.
I visualise myself as a tiny point of light sitting in the forehead. I reflect on my qualities which are Peace Love Truth Power and Eternity.
I then allow myself to feel these qualities .As I focus and relax I then place my attention on the divine source as an ocean of light love and peace. I fill myself with that pure power and restore myself.
In this simple practice I have had the most touching and deep experiences of being comforted and uplifted. I now know I am much more than this body and I am not alone.
The Bks teach meditation for free and even for the Health benefits and stress reduction it’s a journey well worth taking.
